Species Eledone cirrhosa (Curled octopus)

Roundish head and body. Long legs with one row of suction cups underside. Can be confused with Callistoctopus macropus which has longer legs, longish head and body and white spots all over it. Octopus vulgaris is also very similar, darker in colour, but with two rows of suction cups under the legs.
