Species Diplodus puntazzo (Sharp snout bream)

The Sharp Snout Seabream shares with other Seabreams the black terminal tail band, the black spot at the tail base and the marked vertical stripes on the body but they can have a characteristic pointed face. They resemble the White Seabream that has a black band behind the gill and has a rounder face.
