Species Eunicella singularis (White horny coral)
White Sea fan, 30 to 70 cm in height. The tree is characterised by long branches, usually parallel and with few ramifications that grow in more than one plane. Polyps are rather translucent, brownish tinged with yellow or green, and emerge from calyxes that are not very prominent.
May be confused by Eunicella verrucosa, but this species have more prominent calyxes.
